As we hit the mid-point of 2020, it’s safe to say that life has changed quite drastically over the first part of the year.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Let your shoulders drop. Let your mind clear of all the emotional and physical stress you may be feeling at this moment.
Now, open your eyes. Breathe deeply and relax everything.
Let’s restart this moment/day/week/month/year with an aim in mind - an aim to spread love, kindness, joy, positivity.
Did you know that practicing kindness and positivity can lessen stress and improve your physical well-being? Never mind the incredible effects it can have on those that you share your kindness with!
Even though it may sound overwhelming or cumbersome to do this, with small, actionable steps we can achieve it together!
Today’s step – tell someone why they matter to you.
It could be a family member, a friend, a coworker, a frontline worker, your neighbor, your hairdresser, the babysitter. We encounter myriad people every day, reach out to someone and let them know why they matter to you - they’ll appreciate it more than you can imagine!
