Sharing Kindness


Due to COVID-19 life is not what we’re used to experiencing. (That’s possibly an understatement !)

One aspect of life that has drastically altered is our interactions with others. Not only are we potentially feeling lonely, but our co-workers, neighbors, friends and family members may be as well. Life has changed for everyone.

On our journey to empower you to spread love, kindness, joy and positivity there is something we can do to decrease our feeling of loneliness and isolation, and that of others. It’s simple and takes a little initiative, but I know you can do it!

Today’s step: reach out to someone and offer them your companionship.

This could be just by arranging a daily or weekly phone call, a virtual happy hour, a walk or hike outdoors, getting a drink or maybe even dinner together.

Connecting with others brings joy to them, as well as to ourselves. Just make sure to stay safe, of course, and follow current guidelines of social distancing and maybe even wearing a mask – whatever you feel comfortable with and what any city/county/state ordinances require!

Remember, never mind the sky, there is no limit to what you can achieve!
